SALAD ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
- Avocado
- Bell pepper
- Chinese cabbage
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Set yoghurt
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Green chili pepper
- Coriander
- Wheat/corn tortillas
- Aluminium foil
RECIPE
Peel and slice the avocado, dribble it with lemon juice and mix. Add the yoghurt, garlic, salt and pepper. On a cutting board, cut the Chinese cabbage, the bell pepper and chili pepper.
Spread the avocado on the tortilla, top with vegetables and sprinkle with coriander. Roll the tortilla, wrap it in aluminium foil and put in the refrigerator. After 15 minutes, take the rolls from the refrigerator and cut them into one centimetre wide slices.
