EGGS WITH TUNA

- 12 eggs
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 bell pepper
- Olive oil
Hard boil the eggs, cut them in half and remove the egg yolk. Prepare everything for the stuffing – combine the tuna, diced olives and the diced bell pepper, salt, olive oil, and the egg yolk once the eggs are done and mix with an immersion blender. Stuff the egg halves and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
