BAKED POTATO SLICES WITH HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 potatoes
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- Olive oil
- 250g canned chickpeas
- 40ml lemon juice
- 45g tahini
- One garlic clove
RECIPE
Peel the potatoes, slice them and season with salt, pepper and the garlic powder. Line a baking pan with baking paper and place the slices on it. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and put in the baking pan with the potatoes for 30 minutes.
Fry sesame seeds in olive oil until golden. Chill them a bit and then mix with an immersion blender until you get a smooth paste – tahini. Add olive oil if necessary.
In the multipurpose kitchen machine, combine chickpeas, lemon juice, a garlic clove and tahini. Add olive oil and chickpea juice if necessary. Once you get a smooth, spreadable mixture, the hummus is ready. Serve with baked potatoes.
