- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 red beetroots
- Celery root
- Sea salt
- Olive oil
Peel the vegetables, halve them and cut into small slices (for this step, you can use a multipurpose kitchen machine). You can choose among different types of vegetables - licorice, beetroot, courgettes, carrots, celery, etc. - depending on your taste. Place one layer of vegetable slices on paper towels and salt them. Let stand for 15 minutes for the salt to remove water from the vegetables - this will reduce the baking time.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees, add the salt and bake another 10 minutes. When the chips are baked, take them from the oven and allow them to cool so that they become crunchy.
