SWEET AND SPICY NUTS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 egg white
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • Salt

RECIPE

In a large bowl, combine all the nuts and sprinkle them with quinoa. Add the honey, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, ginger and salt. Combine well.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Pour the mixture onto a preheated baking pan and place in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes.
