COURGETTE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large courgettes
  • Mozzarella
  • Salmon
  • Tomato purée
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano

 

RECIPE

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the courgettes into circles, place them on a baking pan lined with baking paper and put them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Combine the tomato purée and oregano and pour it over the courgettes after taking them out of the oven. Add the mozzarella and salmon to the courgettes, then put the baking pan back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
