  • A small can of chickpeas
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 75g honey
  • Baking powder


With an immersion blender, mix the chickpeas until smooth. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. In a multipurpose kitchen machine, combine the chickpeas, honey and baking powder and mix until the batter is dense and well combined. In another bowl, whip the egg whites and add to the batter. Melt the chocolate over a hot-water bath (bain-marie) and add it to the other ingredients, combining it well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the batter into a baking pan and put it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
