In Cologne, at the end of the week, four of the best handball teams in Europe ranked at the finals of the VELUX EHF Champions League. "Christmas Handball" attracted over 20,000 visitors from all over the Europe to Germany, despite the fact that three French and one Macedonian team participated in the final.
We are pleased that two of our ambassadors participated in the VELUX EHF FINAL4, one of them, Vid Kavtičnik, also won the title of a champion with his team (HBC Montpellier)! Congratulations!
Gorenje took the #simplyfans winners from Germany, France, Macedonia and Slovenia to see the Velux EHF FINAL4 life in Cologne! What is more, they got the opportunity to congratulate the teams at the award ceremony. Additionally, Gorenje had two stall before and in the arena, half time prize game and we also enjoyed a dance camera in between the matches. Viewers in the arena and TV screens spotted us on the playground (stickers, LED screens, refrigerators) and in press centers. We even dressed our retro fridges into a fan, #simplyfan!
