Simplyfans and their first impressions from the Worlds

Simplyfans and their first impressions from the Worlds

They say that in handball, fans are the eighth player of the team. Without doubt they are important component of each match, of each championship. They can make or break the ambience of the competition.

As #simplyfans movement, we were curious to know what the first impressions from the IHF Men’s World Championship are that members of our community had. We asked them to share with us their #simplymoments from the most popular competition at this moment! Here are some of the comments…

Jessica Weber:

“I was at the opening game of the IHF Men’s World Championship in Berlin and the atmosphere was awesome. In some moments I had goose bumps. You couldn’t ask for a better audience. The game itself was pretty simple. The German team had a few difficulties at the beginning that improved over the course of the game. It was a great start for our national team and I hope they continue this way. “

Sören Oelrichs:

“A great event, an unbelievable atmosphere here in Berlin, perfect advertising for this beautiful sport.”

Ania Matyskiewicz:

“We are from Poland and we came to support France, especially Luc Abalo. We are very happy to be in Berlin and participate in this event. It is great to share our emotions with other fans. German people are great, and we had a wonderful welcome here. We are already waiting for the next handball event.”
